Non-Disclosure Agreement
All client engagements — beginning with the initial discovery call — are conducted under a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement. Simulation models, production data, operational metrics, and system configurations shared during any engagement are treated as strictly confidential. This applies to informal conversations and formal service agreements alike.
Data Storage and Security
Form submissions are transmitted via encrypted HTTPS and stored in a private database (Cloudflare D1) accessible only to Twinloop personnel. We do not store payment information on our infrastructure. No system credentials of any kind are stored on this website.
Cookies
This website does not use persistent tracking cookies. We use browser session storage only for functional purposes. No cookie consent banner is required because we do not set non-essential cookies.
